This is indeed the definition of Monday Mourning. After a brief stint on the unemployment line (about 96 hours), I am heading back to work to start my new career as a restauranteur. Today, after 13 years in the hospitality business, I get the privilege of shadowing a 21 year old server to learn the ropes of front of house operations. Fun!
