So, over the past couple months I have been attempting to learn how to run a restaurant. On my parade through the many positions and shifts that happen on a daily basis, I have noticed a variety of musical themes to the day. By far my favourite so far has been the first few hours that you have before the doors are unlocked in the morning. Durnig this time there is a lot of paperwork done, money counted, payroll entered and most of all, A LOT of coffee/espresso/cappuccino/etc consumed.
